A man who loses his money saving on a credit card because of his wife who had been a victim of identity theft by a web site. And a female journalist who put her interview focuses in a risk. And all of that happened because of internet and on line websites. 

The internet "Now" is a World Wide Web that connects millions and millions of people to each other by just one a click of a mouse but what will happen if these connections don’t turns out the way that we expect they will? 

The Movie "Disconnect" takes us to the underneath of this World Wide Web, wondering what will happen and what are the results of sharing much information about ourselves with strange people that we don’t know enough about them?
